What is the difference between Fan, Supporter and Patron show passes?
All passes provide access to the same experience. By choosing to pay for a Supporter or a Patron ticket, you are simply choosing to further support all artists involved. #supportlocal
How do I activate my pass?
You don't need to worry about activation.
You will receive a confirmation email from KLoud Fest. You will find a private access link in that email. Kindly read through the instructions on how to access the show and the start time. Our system will remind you via SMS/ email when doors are open.
How does the festival pass work?
Your confirmation email will contain multiple links for individual shows.
Are there single day passes?
No. But we welcome you to buy an individual Show Pass for multiple events on the same day.
Can I switch shows after I’ve ordered?
All sales are final but you may be able to switch with another fan.
When do passes go on sale?
Passes are available from the 23rd February.
I accidentally deleted my pass. What should I do?
Check your recently deleted items. If it's not there, please private message Liver & Lung or DiverseCity KL's Facebook pages to get help.
Can I pay in cash?
No, only online transactions are allowed. We accept FPX and Credit Card payments.
Can I refund my pass?
No, tickets issued cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Can I order my pass on the phone?
This is an online festival so all tickets must be ordered online.
Where can I check on my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from KLoud Fest after placing your order.

Each show is available to stream for 48 hours from its original start time.

How can I engage with artists while the show is streaming?
You can engage artists via live chat, questionnaires, polls, photo-booths and guestbooks.
What devices can I watch the show on?
You can stream the festival on your computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. Just make sure you have a stable Internet connection.
